PHENOMENA: The Exhibition is an immersive and interactive exhibition that explores the science of illusions. From optical illusions to cognitive distortions, this exhibition aims to educate and engage visitors of all ages by unraveling the mysteries behind how our brains interpret the world around us.

Step into a realm where science and magic intertwine in PHENOMENA. This enchanting journey reveals the secrets behind illusions, transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary and sparking wonder in visitors of all ages. With every twist and turn, this immersive experience blurs the line between the mystical and the scientific, leaving audiences captivated and curious for more.

A one-of-a-kind exhibition that challenges perception and unveils the secrets of optical illusions. Through interactive installations and surprising visual illusions, you'll explore the fine line between what you see and what your brain interprets.

The crown jewel of the exhibition is an immersive standalone Virtual Reality experience dedicated to the incredible universe of M.C. Escher, master of illusion and visual paradox. With virtual reality, visitors will be able to walk among his iconic works, where infinite staircases, impossible perspectives, and surreal geometries come to life around you. Another absolute visitor favorite is the mirror maze of course.

PHENOMENA: The Exhibition is a traveling exhibition produced and toured by Hereleb, Extramuseum, and Dala Projects in collaboration with Science Centre AHHAA.

The exhibition features an Escher-inspired VR area, optical illusions, immersive experiences, a mirror maze, fun photo ops, and more. Bring a buddy and camera and prepared to be amazed. As you make your way from one mind-blowing experience to another, you'll be questioning what's real and what's just a trick of the eye and mind. Science is so cool!⠀
